Walking the peaks of Europe

The main reason I created this space was to share thoughts and images that don’t belong in my professional product. Social media might seem like the natural place for that, but I’ve grown disillusioned with those spaces, which feel empty and performative while also producing money for companies I don’t want to support.

So in that vein, my wife and I took a trip to Spain, southern France and northern Portugal earlier this year to hike, relax on some beaches, and eat some of the best foods in the Iberian peninsula.

Our trip began in the Picos de Europa, a limestone mountain range in the north, near Santander, with hikes along its famous gorge and from village to village.
